How do I sign up?
Install our app from the Shopify App Store. Your store connects with our platform right away and you can request quotes for your products. Once they're quoted, you can fulfill your orders. It's that easy.
How many orders do I need per day?
We work with stores that do at least 10 orders a day. That way we can give every store the speed and attention it deserves.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Our minimum is 10 orders a day. You don't buy stock up front: we ship every order on its own, even when it's a single item.
Does it cost anything to sign up?
No, signing up is free. You only pay the product and shipping costs of the orders you receive. No extra or hidden costs.
How do I get support?
After you sign up, one of our account managers messages you on WhatsApp. Use that chat for all your questions about the platform or your orders. Didn't get a message? Send us one on WhatsApp.
Which products can you supply?
Almost everything you find on AliExpress or Alibaba, and much more. As a sourcing agent we don't keep stock, but we have direct access to a large network of manufacturers and suppliers. Request a quote in the app and we'll find it.
