Understanding Your Dashboard

The U-Send Dashboard is very short and simple.


We would like to keep this dashboard as simple and clear as possible so that the dashboard does not become overwhelming.

Top row


In the top row you will find the following


  • Number of open orders - these are orders that are ready to be processed. This means that the address information and quotations are complete.

  • Number of processing orders - these are the orders you have processed via our portal that will be picked up by our team. Normally orders are under this status for a maximum of 24 hours.


  • Number of shipped orders - these are the orders you have processed via our portal to which a track & trace has already been added. These orders have been processed and can be tracked using a tracking code.

  • Failed orders - these are the orders that have failed for some reason. The most common reasons are a missing quotation or an (email) address error. These orders need attention.

Fulfilled orders

Below the top row is the quantity, and value of orders you have processed in the past period. You can easily change the period to see this over another period.
